Let it Geek: Origins

As far as I can remember, I’va always been a Geek. This Geekry of mine started probably in 1981, and the first subject of my incorrigible obsession was the Japanese robot Grendizer by Go Nagai, aka Goldorak for my French fellows and me. Discovering science-fiction through this amazing robot was the start of it all.

I recently found this archive file (probably 1982) of yours truly  looking at the pictures (I couldn’t read yet!) of a Goldorak comic at my Auntie’s.

I can’t resist the gloubi-boulguesque pleasure of uploading the original opening credits video. Still gives me goosebumps.

Julien in India
